Exploiting Deep Learning for Vitiligo Diagnosis and Text Recognition

In this talk, the speaker will cover two studies about deep learning applications. The first one is to exploit deep learning for vitiligo diagnosis. Techniques for handling limited training data will be discussed. The second one investigates prior knowledge of scene text for enhancing scene text detection performance and a novel transformer architecture for improving scene text reading performance.
