Meet Your Instructors

This course was designed and delivered by experienced specialists in economic and public development:
Neal Fogle
Neal Fogle is an Economic and Community Development Educator with Penn State Extension. He has been an Extension Educator since 2001, providing programming on planning, visioning, grant writing and local government. Neal holds a bachelor's degree in Geoenvironmental Studies from Shippensburg University, and a master’s degree in Community & Economic Development from Penn State University.
Judy Chambers
Judy Chambers is a retired Penn State Extension educator. While at Penn State, Judy was a community development educator.

Conditions for Obtaining the Certificate

The course consists of four sections, each concluding with a test. To successfully complete the course and receive a certificate, you should review all text and video materials and achieve a minimum score of 80% on each test
