Vitaliy Kindrativ is the Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in public service. He graduated from the National Mining University with a degree in Management of International Economic Relations. He also studied at the Ukrainian School of Political Studies and the Aspen Institute Kyiv (Values and Society program), and completed the Francis Fukuyama and Mary Hildebrand program at the Ukrainian Catholic University in partnership with Stanford University. He is fluent in English.
He has held positions at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, the Ministry of Ecology, the Ministry of Regional Development, and the Administration of the President of Ukraine. He also served as Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.
From 2018 to 2021, he was Director General of the Directorate for Strategic Planning and European Integration at the Ministry of Infrastructure. In 2021–2022, he headed the State Service of Maritime and Inland Water Transport and Shipping of Ukraine. In 2023, he became Head of the State Hydrographic Agency.
Since July 2023, he has served as Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, and since 2025, as Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
He coordinates economic policy in the areas of security and defense, foreign economic relations, industrial policy, industrial parks, investment, environmental assessment, and the protection of critical infrastructure.
Viktor Halasiuk is a Ukrainian economist, president of the Ukrainian Association of the Club of Rome, CEO of the KMEF Academy & UGF, member of the board of the Kyiv International Economic Forum and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in Central and Eastern Europe, Doctor in Economics.
