Andrii Kitura - PhD, Development Director at Dixi Group, Head of Green Transition Office at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine
Over 17 years of experience in climate change and sustainable development. Andrii had been working for 12 years at EY, where he was responsible for providing consulting services to private and public companies, governments and international organizations in the areas of climate change, decarbonization and sustainable development.
Prior to joining EY Andrii worked as a carbon market analyst and supported Joint implementation Projects (JIPs) under Kioto Protocol in Ukraine
In 2012, he finished his PhD on Institutional Support for the establishing Carbon Market in Ukraine.
Andrii’s industry experience includes agriculture and food processing, coal mining, oil and gas, iron and metals, food and beverage, electricity, pharmaceutical industry, medical services, IT and telecommunication, financial institutions and NGOs. List of clients also includes international financial organizations (World Bank, EBRD, UNDP, USAID, GIZ), public sector and governments.
He worked in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, Timor-Leste.
